Warranty

Standard Advantive Warranty on all Advantive Holoflective™ Sight or Magnifier products are covered for defects in material and workmanship or structure/ housing/ glass and illumination system for normal/ personal use for the period of one (1)* year from manufacture’s date or customer's proof of purchase.

Extended warranty terms may become available in the future at additional costs to the purchaser.

Standard Advantive BackMeUp™ Camera Warranty covers product for the period of (30)* days from customer's proof of purchase.

Law enforcement and Military Additional Warranty Coverage are based solely on negotiated individual contract terms.

*Any and All Advantive Product Warranties DO NOT apply to the following:

(A) Cosmetic Damage of Any Kind including knobs, finish, etc., and asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgements

(B) Batteries

(C) Improper Installation, Abuse, Misuse (including water intrusion or damage), Accidents, Modifications, Alterations

(D) Any Repairs performed on any Advantive Optical Product including Sights, Magnifiers and Cameras

(E) Theft, Vandalism, Neglect, Acts of Nature, or Loss

Advantive reserves the right to replace or repair any Advantive product at its sole option. Advantive reserves the right to make substitutions for similar product/s if the warrantied model in question is no longer available or produced.

All costs associated with product shipment will be incurred by the customer including shipping to or from Advantive Dealer or Service Center. A Money Order, for return shipping, must accompany warrantied product when received by Service Center.

Also, any insurance or fees, duties and taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will not be covered by this warranty.

Advantive will ship only to valid US addresses or dealers

 

Other Terms:

This Advantive warranty is the exclusive warranty for all Advantive products. We disclaim any and all other warranties of any kind expressed or implied including any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability. We shall not be liable in tort, including negligence or strict liability, and shall have no liability for injury to persons or property. Our liability for failure to fulfill any obligation under this limited warranty or any other liability in connection with this product shall be limited to the amount of the purchase price received by us for the product. The remedy stated in this limited warranty or the purchasers exclusive remedies against us regarding this product. Under no circumstances should we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss profits and revenues, Inconveniences or interruptions in operations or any other commercial or economic losses of any kind. These limitations and disclaimers are not made by us were prohibited by law. Some states or jurisdictions prohibit limitations of warranties and the purchaser may have additional rights in those states or jurisdictions.
